Our Magnesium Alloy straight edges come with a high precision finish and is convenient to use. These super light weight units are commonly found in the applications: for instance, inspection, measurement, scribing, equipment installation, and engineering construction.

Features

1.            Light Weight
The precision straight edge of no longer than 1 meter,  has the average weight of 1.5kg/m,  

2.    Resistance to Deformation
In general, the common type steel has the yield point of only 30kg/mm², and the cast iron has the yield point of 38kg/mm². Dissimilarly, magnalium has the yield point up to 110kg/mm². For that matter, it is a kind of engineering straight edge extremely excellent in anti-bending and anti-deformation performances.

3.    Easy to Keep
This magnesium alloy straight edge can be hung or laid flat. And its straightness, parallelism will not be affected by the long-term storage.

4.    Good Anti-rust Performance
No oil coating is required during the application period. If the magnalium straight edge is not to be used for a long term, it should be gently coated with the ordinary type industrial oil, and then it can be stored.
