DISC CUTTER SETS - METRIC & IMPERIAL

High quality circular disc punches for cutting perfectly round discs in sheet metal for disc sizes.

Can use them with a hammer or a hydraulic press

Made from high carbon tool steel weights

Remove all cutters before use. To operate, insert your metal sheet into centre slit under the circle required. Insert the corresponding cutter and strike with a hammer, preferably a brass mallet

The metal disc will be stamped from the metal sheet and can be found on the underside of the tool.

The disc stamped will be the same diameter as the cutter used. Made from steel.

Please note, metal sheet should be annealed before stamping.

Will cut a maximum of 1.0mm of Sheet

Punches include: 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8" & 1"

8pc Set - 3/16" - 5/8" 

Punches include: 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16" & 5/8"

10pc - 1/8" - 1.1/4"

Punches include: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1.1/8" & 1.1/4"

14pc - 3-16mm

 Punches include: 3, 4.5, 5, 6, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 16mm
